16 oz elbow macaroni
4 C water
2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter
1 C heavy cream or evaporated milk
2 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the trivet from the instant pot. Add macaroni, water, salt, and butter to the instant pot. Cook on manual, high pressure, for 4 minutes. Quick release once the 4 minutes are up. Add the milk and cheese and stir. Note: be sure to turn the instant pot completely off instead of left on warm. It will continue to cook the macaroni until mushy. You can add other things such as bacon or peas or whatever you may like in your macaroni and cheese.
