1 gallon Pears, peeled and chopped
12 medium Onions
6 Red Peppers
6 Green Peppers
Hot Pepper to taste (optional)
3 tbsp Canning Salt

1 quart Apple White Vinegar
3 cups Sugar
1 tbsp Turmeric
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Celery Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together Pears, Onions, and Peppers. Add Canning Salt. Let stand for 3 hours. Drain. In a large pot, boil Vinegar, Sugar, Turmeric, Mustard Seed, and Celery Seed. Add the drained Pear mixture. Boil for 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
