Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken or 2 Chicken Breasts
12 cups Chicken Broth
½ cup Flour
½ cup Water
1 tsp of Salt or Mrs. Dash
Biscuit Dough (2 batches)

Directions:
Directions:
Choose which method you wish to use.

WHOLE CHICKEN METHOD:
Place Chicken in pressure cooker. Add enough Water to cover Chicken. Add Salt and Pepper. Cook 20 minutes after it starts jiggling. Cool the Chicken (Use the breasts only. Cut into pieces). I usually cook my chicken the night before and refrigerate until ready to use. Reserve the broth from the cooked chicken.

CHICKEN BREAST ONLY METHOD:
If you prefer to use Chicken Breasts only, you will just have to purchase the Chicken Broth— 2 (49.5 ounce) cans of broth.

Make 2 batches of biscuit dough. Roll out very thin (like a pie crust). Cut into little squares. Set aside until broth is prepared.

Place Broth in a very large pot. Thicken the broth with the flour and water mixture. Bring broth to a boil. Keep stirring so that it does not stick. (Move to another eye before dropping the dumplings) Drop prepared dumplings into the broth and put the lid on. Cook on reduced heat for 10 minutes. Do not remove the lid. Be sure to watch carefully so that it doesn’t boil over. After 10 minutes, remove the lid and put prepared chicken breasts on top of dumplings. Don’t stir. Put the lid back on and cook on low for 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
This is my mom’s recipe to the best of my knowledge. She did not actually use a recipe and did not measure everything. For this reason, it was very difficult to compose the exact recipe.
