1/2 Pound Bacon diced.
1 Medium Onion chopped.
1/2 Cup Celery Chopped
2 Tablespoons Flour
4 Cups of 1/2 & 1/2 room temperature
2 15 1/2 cans of Whole Kernel Corn
1 Large can of Chopped Green Chilies
2 Cups of Potatoes cooked and diced.
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes.

In Fry pan, fry bacon until crisp: Remove and drain reserving 3 Tablespoons of pan drippings. In Large Soup Pot, sauté Onion, Celery in the Bacon drippings until tender. Remove from heat, blend in Flour. Cook over low heat until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat, stir in Half & Half. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in Corn, Potatoes, Green Chilies, Salt, Pepper, and Bacon.
