1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
⅓ cup Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp Honey
½ cup Onions, chopped
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, cubed
½ cup Jalepeno Peppers, chopped
½ can Cream Style Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Cornbread mix with the Milk and Egg according to directions on the box. Add honey and mix thoroughly. Add Corn, Onions, Peppers, and Cheese and mix thoroughly. Drop into well-greased muffin pan. Cook at 400º on bottom rack of oven until bottom browns, then move to center rack to finish browning the top.
