Ingredients:

4 cups Green Cabbage, shredded
1 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
½ cup Almonds, toasted
1½ cups Dried Cranberries
½ cup Celery, finely diced
½ cup Green Onion
½ cup Green Bell Peppers, finely chopped

For Dressing (I double this):
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
1 tbsp Honey Mustard
1 tbsp Honey (or ½ tsp of Sugar)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Slaw ingredients (minus the almonds) and Dressing ingredients separately, then combine. Let mixture chill before serving. I make two recipes of the dressing to cover the Cole Slaw. Add the Almonds before serving.
