Ingredients:  
1 1/2 Pounds of Ground Beef
1 Large Onion chopped.
4 Large Green Bell Peppers Chopped
1 15 1/2 ounce can Chopped Tomatoes
2 Cups Rice cooked according to package.
1 Large can Vegetable Juice (preferably V-8)
1 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground Beef, Onion and Green Bell Peppers in a frying pan until Beef is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Place Ground Beef mixture and all the other ingredients in a soup pot and simmer 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
