Meatloaf:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 c. milk
1 c oatmeal
salt and pepper to taste
Glaze:

2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp mustard
1/3 c ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatloaf ingredients and mold into sprayed loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350.
mix glaze and spread on top of meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.
