1 Fresh Pizza Dough Ball – defrost and divide into 2 separate dough balls, flour lightly and cover for 2 hours
1 Jar Marina Sauce
1 Buffalo Mozzarella - tear into thin pieces
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salami or Prosciutto
Honey
Chile Oil
Arugula

Directions:
Preheat Oven with a pizza stone in middle rack 450F for 1 hour
Flour a wood cutting board or stone work surface
Roll out one dough ball to about 8-10 inches
Using tips of fingers tap dough from center out
Place on a pizza paddle or rimless cookie sheet and add a light layer of tomato sauce on top
Add a light layer of grated parmesan all over the pizza followed by pieces of the torn mozzarella
Add pieces of salami or prosciutto
Add some honey..or a lot! And a little chili oil…
Place pizza in the oven on pizza stone
Bake for approximately 8 minutes and up to 10 if you like it crispy
Add some arugula on top, slice, serve and enjoy!
