Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken or chicken breasts, cooked (cover with water and boil until tender)
Minute Rice, as many serving as you need
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C chicken broth

Toppings:
Chow Mein Noodles
Celery, Chopped
Grated cheese
Pineapple tidbits
Green onion, chopped
Tomatoes, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
Slivered almonds
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken and shred. Cook the minute rice as directed from package. To make the gravy, combine soup and broth in saucepan. Bring to boil. Build haystacks by starting w/ rice and chicken, add toppings, and top with gravy. Those toppings are just suggestions, you can add more or less, what ever you prefer.
