1 – 1½ sliced roast beef
Swiss cheese (the cheap individually wrapped cheese works great)
1-2 packages au jus
Hoagie buns
Directions:
Directions:
Make au jus on cook top as directed on the package. Put roast beef in the au jus to warm. Butter hoagie buns and broil until toasted. Place cheese on the warm, broiled hoagie bun. Put roast beef on top of cheese. And top with other side of bun. Spoon au jus into bowl. Dip sandwich into bowl of au jus and enjoy.
