3-4 carrots peeled and diced
4 celery sticks, diced
½ onion, chopped
10 ounce peas
1 cauliflower
3 sticks real butter
3 qts boiling water
15 ounce cheese whiz
1½ C flour
4 Tbsp chicken bouillon granules
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots, celery, onion, cauliflower, and peas in a small amount of salted water until just tender, drain and set aside. Melt cheese whiz in a pan of boiling water. Heat butter in a large pan, add flour. Cook and stir until bubbly. Take from heat. Add ½ of the water to the butter and flour mixture, stir until smooth. Add bouillon to other ½ water, let dissolve. Mix bouillon water with the butter, flour, and water mixture. Return to heat and cook until thick and smooth. Stir in melted cheese. Stir in drained vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with your rolls!
