1 – 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
½ C butter, softened
¼ tsp vanilla
¾ C powdered sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
¾ C miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Scooby snacks or mini cinnamon teddy grahams

Directions:
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add sugars. Beat until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with Scooby snacks or teddy grahams. My favorite with this is cinnamon teddy grahams.
