1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon parsley (dried)
1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons black pepper (ground)
2 teaspoons smoked or regular paprika.
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon allspice (ground)
1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon cumin (ground)
½ teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (ground)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Recipe will yield about 1/2 cup. Store in a spice jar in your spice cabinet.
