4 ripe bananas (peeled, cut and frozen)
½ cup milk (more if needed)
2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. cocoa powder (optional)

Directions:
This is great for using up older bananas!
1. Remove peels, and cut bananas into 3 or 4 pieces. Seal them in a freezer bag (about 4 bananas to a bag is good for a family of 4). Freeze until ready to use.
2. Remove bananas from freezer and let them thaw for 5 minutes.
3. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor. Add cocoa powder for chocolate ice cream.
4. Blend until smooth, pausing a couple of times to scrape any from the side of the bowl. Add more milk if needed.
5. Serve with your favourite ice cream toppings and enjoy!
