2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
15 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
2-14 oz cans Northern White Beans, drained
5 oz Baby Spinach
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for a minute.
Add fire roasted tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Stir in beans.
Add spinach and wilt, stirring.
Spread in baking dish.
Sprinkle top with shredded parmesan and mozzarella.
Bake in 400° oven 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and beans are bubbling.
Serve with Crostini, Crackers or Tortilla Chips.
