1 ¾ cups diced ham
1 cup chopped steamed broccoli
1 cup fresh grated swiss cheese
⅔ cup 2% milk
¼ cup half and half
5 large eggs
½ tsp kosher salt
⅛ tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie dish with oil

2. Evenly spread the broccoli in the dish and top it evenly with the ham

3. Make the custard mixture by whisking together the milk, half and half, eggs, salt and pepper

4. Pour the custard into the dish and top with swiss cheese

5. Bake 35-40 minutes, until the center is done

6. cut quiche into 6 slices
