Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1/8 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika (any kind)
dash of red pepper flakes for a tinge of heat

Optional: a few sprays of liquid aminos

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or use air fryer setting at 400)

Slice the zucchini into thin coins (I use a mandolin so the coins are similar sizes), and place them in a single layer on the oven rack lined with a silpat mat or parchment paper.

If you're not salt-free, very lightly spray the zucchini rounds with liquid aminos (this is optional. If you're salt-free skip this step).

Mix the nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl. Mix well to incorporate throughout.

Sprinkle the dry mixture evenly over the tops of the zucchini rounds.

Bake (or air fry) at 400 for 20 minutes, and eat while warm!
