Fresh Strawberries - 5 to 6

Step 1: Cut off stem of strawberries
Step 2: Place strawberries in a glass
Step 3: Mash strawberries in the glass with a whisk until they are mushed and juicy
Step 4: Put your milk in the glass and stir.
Step 5: Get a straw and enjoy
