1/2 c. lowfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
kosher salt
Pepper
1 scallion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 oz. blue cheese
Cucumbers
radishes
potato chips

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, Tabasco (if using), and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.

Stir in the scallion and parsley, then the blue cheese. Serve with radishes, cucumbers, and potato chips.
