CUP, LBS, TSPSPS, SLICE

4 lbs Potatoes peeled, cubed
1 cup Sour cream
4 ozs Cream cheese
2 tspsps Garlic powder
1 slice Bacon, cooked, crushed
2 gr onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling salt water until fork tender (15 minutes) drain
Add next 3 ingredients & mash until creamy
Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish; cover with plastic wrap
Refrigerate 2 days
Remove 30 minutes prior to baking; remove wrap
Sprinkle with bacon and gr onions
Bake 350 * for one hour
Serve from baking dish
