2 pkg Cream cheese (16 ozs)
1 pkg Ricotta cheese
5 Eggs, divided
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tspsps Lemon zest
3 tspsps Lemon juice
1 cup Almond flour
3/4 cube Butter, melted
1/4 cup Milk
1 tspsps Baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and juice in a bowl with mixer until blended
Wisk remaining eggs, sugar, butter, milk and baking powder separate bowl until blended
Spread a third of the batter into the bottom of a 9X13 pan or dish sprayed with oil cc
Cover with the ricotta mixture
Then remaining batter
Bake 325 * for 45 minutes or until the center is set
Cool, cut and serve
