Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 over-ripe bananas, fresh or freeze-thawed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp powdered milk
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Step 1: Peel bananas and freeze them for a few hours. Microwave or thaw in a bowl on the counter. Don't worry about the liquid that comes from them. Thawed bananas taste better than bananas that haven't gone through the process.

Step 2: Cream butter with 1 cup of sugar and add bananas. Mix with a mixer.

Step 3: Add 2 eggs and 3 tbsp milk. Mix until fully incorporated.

Step 4: Add 2 cups of flour and stir in gently until mixed. Scrape sides and mix again. It will be a thin pudding consistency.

Step 5: You can add things you think will taste good with banana, e.g. dark chocolate, milk chocolate, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, coconut shavings, etc.

Step 6: Grease two loaf pans with butter. Add batter.

Step 7: Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes until golden brown and a test toothpick comes out clean

Step 8: Serve and store. Slice the bread and serve warm or at room temperature. To store, let the loaf come to room temperature then wrap in aluminum foil.

You can make this recipe in a muffin pan, just adjust the timing and pay close attention.

You can choose to toast the leftover banana bread and spread it with butter, honey, cream cheese, or Nutella
