500g flour
250g butter
1 tsp baking powder

Filling
minced meat
diced green bell pepper
diced red bell pepper
diced spring onions
salt
oil
diced onions
diced potatoes
diced carrots

Directions:
Directions:
For the Filling
Step 1: Add a small amount of oil to frying pan.
Step 2: Add diced onions and stir for 2 minutes. Then add minced meat and allow to cook fully.
Step 3: Add diced potatoes and carrots and allow to cook. Add water and allow to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4: Add diced green pepper, spring onions, red peppers, and salt to taste.
Step 5: Let cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

For the Pastry
Step 1: Mix flour and baking powder.
Step 2: Add butter and mix until it looks like crumbs.
Step 3: Add water and mix gently.
Step 4: Roll dough and cut in a circle shape
Step 5: Add filling on one side and fold.
Step 6: Use a fork to press the side of the fold.
Step 7: Place on a greased baking tray and brush with an egg wash.
Step 8: Bake until brown and crispy.
