1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp oil
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
- Separate egg and beat egg white until fluffy (set yolk aside)
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt
- Make a well in dry ingredients and add egg yolk and oil; gradually mix until combined
- Add approximately 1 cup of water
- Fold in egg white
- Coat one inch chunks of cod fillet and deep fry
