3-4 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 c. ketchup
1 can Brooks chili hot beans (1 lb. 14 1/2 oz.)
1 t. chili powder
1 qt. jar tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and brown ground beef, then drain.

Stir in onions until cooked to clear consistency.

Stir in ketchup until dry Manwich texture (not soupy) and cook on medium for 10 minutes.

Stir in chili hot beans and cook on medium for 10 minutes.

Stir in chili powder and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato juice; after mixed well, turn to low heat for 1 1/2 hours. the longer you let it simmer, the better!
