1 sleeve butter crackers, crushed
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp fresh diced parsley
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
1 lb cooked shredded chicken
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cracker crumbs, parmesan, butter, 1 tablespoon parsley, and paprika.
Combine the whipping cream, sour cream, 1 tablespoon parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper, and mix until smooth.
Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and evenly spread the frozen hash browns in the bottom.
Pour the cream sauce over the hash browns and gently mix to combine.
Mix in the chicken and pepper jack cheese.
Spread with the cracker mixture and bake, covered, at 350º for 30 minutes.
Uncover and return to oven for 20 - 30 minutes more, until the potatoes are tender and the topping is crisp and browned.
Sprinkle with additional parsley and serve.
