1 lb ground pork
small white onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
salt
pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
8 small tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Sauté the garlic and onions in the oil until fragrant and translucent, about 2 minutes.
Add the pork and cook until browned, then stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring to coat the pork.
Add the tomato sauce and broth, stir well, and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, until the mixture is thickened.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Warm the tortillas, then place a teaspoon of pork filling in each tortilla.

Top with desired toppings, such as: shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, cotija cheese, salsa, diced red onions, sliced jalapeños, sour cream, diced tomatoes, guacamole, fresh cilantro, lime juice.

Makes 8 tacos.
