Ingredients:
1 pie tin
2 - 10 inch Tortillas
1 pound hamburger
ketchup
mustard
corn starch
Worchester sauce
one tomato
shredded cheese - your choice
sliced cheese - your choice
1 onion - optional
1 green pepper - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees

Place one of the tortillas into the pie tin and press down on it
Add cheese slices to cover the tortilla
Place the second tortilla on top of the cheese

Saute the onions and peppers (both are optional and were not in the original recipe)
Add the hamburger and crumble, and cook until it is browned. Drain the hamburger and add it to the onions and peppers. Add the ketchup, mustard, Worchester sauce, and a little cornstarch to the mixture and mix until it is well mixed together (see notes on the amount).

Put the pie tin with the tortillas and cheese into the oven for about 9 minutes.

Remove from the oven, then top the hamburger mixture to the tortilla. Then slice the tomato and put the slices around on top of the hamburger mixture. Now put the shredded cheese on top of the tomatoes.

Return the pie tin to the oven and bake until the shredded cheese is melted.

Cut into pie slices and serve.

Personal Notes:
The peppers and onions - I like them a lot together and thought this would add to the original recipe but you do not have to add them if you do not wish to.

Measurements - the original recipe did not indicate the amounts to use so I just guessed as to what the amount would be. I then tasted it and adjusted until I got the taste I was looking for. As far as the cornstarch is concerned, I used about 1/4 teaspoon and it worked for me.

I used the 10-inch tortillas as I knew I did not have a smaller pie-type tin. They make smaller tortillas so if you have a smaller pie tin type of a container, then you could use the smaller size and cut the hamburger down to 1/2 pound.

I found this to taste like a taco but in a pie shape!
