8 chicken breasts
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
2/3 tsp onion powder
1/3 tsp garlic powder

For the Marinade:
2 2/3 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 tsp pepper
1 1/3 Tbsp sea salt
1 1/3 tsp cumin
1 1/3 tsp maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag large enough to hold all of the chicken or in a bowl with a lid.
Add the chicken to the marinade and ensure that all pieces are coated with the marinade.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then drain well.
Cover a large baking sheet with foil and coat with olive oil.
Arrange the chicken, skin side down, over the baking sheet.
Turn the chicken over and sprinkle with the cayenne, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Roast at 375º for 30 minutes, drizzle with a little more olive oil, and drizzle for 5 - 10 minutes more, until golden and cooked through.
