1 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour (6 1/2 ounces if using a scale)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 Tablespoons sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Crumb Topping
3 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup while sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnomon
*optional - 1/2 cup chopped and toasted walnuts
*optional 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare a 9' round baking pan or bundt pan by coating it with butter and a dusting of flour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
3. In an electric mixer cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time beating until creamy. Add vanilla and sour cream.
4. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to the batter until just combined. Stir in blueberries.
5. Spread half the batter into prepare pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the crumb topping and then cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle remaining crumb topping.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
*After cooling slightly you can finish it off with a simple glaze of 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
