Gnocchi - 350 g
Green Peas - 56 g
Baby Spinach - 56 g
Cream - 1/4 cup
Cream Cheese - 45 g or 3 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, Shredded - 1/4 cup
Chili Flakes - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 small or 1/4 cup
Zucchini - 1 average sized or 1 cup
Garlic Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1/2 tbsp

Step 1. Prep veggies and sauce
- Peel and finely chop onion
- Chop Spinach to desired size
- Cut zucchini
- First Lengthwise and then into 1/4 inch half moons
- Stir Cream, cream cheese and half of the parmesan in a medium bowl
- Add 1/2 cup of water to sauce and mix. Set aside

Step 2. Pan fry your gnocchi
- Heat a large non stick pan over medium heat
- Once pan is hot, add butter and gnocchi
- Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes when gnocchi has softened
- Once soften, uncover and cook gnocchi for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Place gnocchi on a plate or bowl and set aside.

Step 3. Veggies!
- Heat the same pan over medium- high heat
- Once pan is hot, add oil, zucchini and peas.
- Cook while stirring often, until tender/crispy approximately 3 to 4 minutes
- Add onion. Cook for another 2 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper (optional)

Step 4: Sauce
- Add sauce mixture and spinach to your pan with your veggies
- Cook for 1 to 3 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
- Season with garlic salt

Step 5: Almost there!
- Add your gnocchi to your pan and toss (or stir) to coat them with the sauce
- Divide your meal between 2 plates (or bowls)
- Sprinkle with the remaining parmesan
- Sprinkle with chili flakes (optional and amount depends on the heat level you would like)

This is a new recipe for our household but we fell in love the moment we tried it!
We have this without protein however you can add a protein to it if desired :)
