2 1/4 tsp Quick Rise Yeast
1 TBSP Salt
3 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Oil
Flour as needed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans of choice.
2. Then mix the first four ingredients
3. Add flour one cup at a time and mix until it forms a dough
4. Then drop dough onto a well floured surface
5. Knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic
6. The divide the dough in half and form into loaves of bread
7. Put your loaves into the greased Pan and cover, let rise until double in size.
8. While it's rising preheat the oven to 375ºF
9. Once preheated bake until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
10. Take out immediately and let sit on wire rack until completely cooled before putting away in the fridge.
