Head of Cauilflower
3 cups Mazzella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesian cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tspsps Garlic powder
1 tspsps Onion powder
1 cup pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Grate Caulifower into glass bowl, chop remaining pieces
Turn on micowave 4-5 minutes 100 %
Combine cauilflower, mazzella cheese, parmesian cheese, eggs, salt and pepper, both powders in a large mixing bowl
Scoop up small amount of mixture with a spoon into muffin tins
Put in prepared muffin tins with liners
Pat the cauilflower mixture into muffin tins to form a crust
Bake 425 * for about 14 minutes
Spoon pizza sauce on to crusts
Top with remaining mazzella cheese
Bake until golden brown and cheese is melted, 15 minutes
Let stand 15-17 minutes
Peel liner and move to cooling rack
Serve as appitizers from tray or platter
