6 hard boiled eggs
Shallots
1 tsp dry mustard
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Chives can be added
¼ to ½ cup mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tobassco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut eggs in half
Put hard yolks in a bowl and smash with a fork
Finely chop a shallot and add to yolks
Add chives and mix
Add remaining dry ingredients
Salt and pepper to taste
Stir in mayonnaise until smooth and creamy
Add a couple drops of tobassco, mix well
Add cheese
Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture
Top with paprika for garnish
