cake:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 (6 oz) package lime gelatin
3/4 c. orange juice
5 eggs
1 1/3 c. oil

icing:
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb) box confectioners sugar
chopped pecans, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and gelatin. Add orange juice and mix thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add oil and stir in thoroughly.
Grease and flour 3 (9 in) layer pans or a 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20-30 min. or until done. Let layers cool before icing.

For Icing, mix margarine, cream cheese and sugar thoroughly. Spread icing on each layer and top with pecans.
