4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon

icing:
1 (8oz) Philadelphia Brand cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 stick butter (room temp)
1 box 10X powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º. Line cake pans with paper or spray.
Cream together eggs, sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients. Bake for 25-30 min. Cool in pans for 10 min.

icing:
Mix ingredients together and spread on layers. Sprinkle with 1 cup slightly toasted chopped nuts.
