1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1 (6.5 oz.) jar macadamia nuts,
chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º

2. Cream together first 2 ingredients. Stir in next 2 ingredients. Combine the next 3 and add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.

3. Bake 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool. Store in airtight container.
