1- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom
soup
1 package unflavored Knox
gelatin
1- 8 oz. Cream cheese
1- small onion, diced finely
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup crab meat
1 cup mayonnaise
Wheat Thin Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Put cream cheese and soup in bowl in the microwave. Heat until can be dissolved and blended. Add gelatin dissolved in 3 tablespoons cold water into warmed mixture. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion and crab meat, and stir well to distribute. Poor into oiled mold or just leave in the bowl. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Serve with wheat thins.
