4 cups Pumpkin
4 Eggs slightly beaten
1 ½ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
3 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can evaporated milk
2 unbaked 9 inch pie shells

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425º pre-heated oven for 15 minutes then lower heat to 350º for 45 minutes.
