2 cups warm water
2 Tablespoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
4 Tablespoons butter
5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix warm water and yeast in a bowl and let set 10-15 minutes until yeast is bubbly. Stir in salt, sugar and half of the flour.
2. Add in eggs and butter.
3. Beat in the rest of the flour
4. Let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled.
5. Dough will be wet but grease your hands with butter and portion out the dough into muffin tins. You can also portion the dough into 4 balls and roll out onto a floured surface. Then flatten into circles that you can cut and shape into crescent shaped rolls.
6. Let rise one last time before baking in a 400 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden
