2 Cups Sugar
3/4 Cups Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnomon
1 teaspoon salt
2 Eggs
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 Cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2-9inch round baking pans
2. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and then add the 1 cup boiling water. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Pour into prepared pans and bake 35-40 minutes
6. Let cool 2 hours and then frost with worlds best chocolate frosting

Worlds Best Frosting

1. Melt together 1/2 Cup Butter, 2/3 cup cocoa powder
2. Let cool a few minutes and then with a mixer or kitchen aid alternately add 3 cups powdered sugar and 1/3 cups milk. Finally add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
