1 8oz pkg chicken livers
½ cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
shallot
garlic, chopped fine
¼ tsp dried thyme leaves
3 slices of bacon crisply fried and crumbled
¼ cup butter softened
¼ tsp dry mustard
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix livers, water, bouillon, shallot, garlic and thyme in a 1 quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling and reduce heat.
Simmer uncovered until livers are done, about 15 minutes.
Cool mixture, drain
Mix livers and the remaining ingredients in a small mixer bowl or food processor.
Beat at low speed until creamy.
Place in serving dish and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
