Olive Oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp honey
2 tsp chicken stock concentrate
1/4 c water
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet/pan over medium heat. Add garlic and thyme; cook until fragrant - 20-30 seconds. Stir in stock concentrate, honey and water. Reduce by half - about 3-4 minutes. Then stir in butter. Season with salt and pepper.

I usually use this sauce over pork chops but you could have it over chicken too.
