1½ pounds browned sausage
(ground, link or rope sausage)
3 cups chicken broth
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced
1 med, yellow onion, diced
or 1 bunch green onions
garlic equal to 6 cloves
2 Tbsp. butter
⅓ cup flour or corn starch
12 oz. half & half or cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put broth , onion, garlic, flour and cream in blender and puree. Pour into crockpot and add diced potatoes are tender. Add the meat and cheddar cheese. Cook until potatoes are tender. If soup becomes too thick, add more milk or cream.
