3 qts Milk
1/3 cup Fresh Tarragon leaves, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
12 ripe Avacdos
1/2 cup Lemon juice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Taste adjusting seasoning, if necessary
Chill overnight in the refrigerator
Serve with a dolop of sour cream for topping
