1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cayenne powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
½ cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Beef Broth to make a paste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the spices together with enough broth to make a paste. Pierce the meat with fork, rub mixture on meat. Turn over and the meat pierce and rub mixture on the other side.
Wrap tightly in foil. Refrigerate the meat at least 24 hours.
