Butter chicken


Ingredients:

Oil-250 ml
Onion -1 kg
Burtter-100 gram
Add salt for taste
Whole spices( cinnamon, cardamom buy leaves ans star anise)
Tomato-half kg
Ginger garlic paste 150 grams
Cook well
Add 200 grams of tomato ketchup
Paste half Half kg of cashew
2 tbs paprica
3 tbs garam masala
4 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp jeera powder
Cook well and blend it when cold and now gravy ready
Now bake boneless chicken cut into cubes add garlic powder and tandoori masala bake it 25 mts in 375 degrees
When ready add chicken into the sauce.
Add sugar to taste
Add cream to make it creamy.
