12 tbsp unsalted butter
13/4 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 large eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
21/4 cups all purpose flour
11/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup toasted pecans, chopped
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Oven 350
Melt butter in 10” skillet and swirl constantly till butter is browned. Pour into bowl and add brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla. Whisk until combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Whisk to combine. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.

Place a foil sling in a 9x13 pan. Spray with oil. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp flaked sea salt.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan for 2 hours. Remove from pan to cool
