3 oz. Cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup margarine (softened to room temperature)
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
Dash of salt
1 tbsp soft margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and 1/2 cup margarine together. Mix in flour and chill in refrigerator. Shape into 2 dozen balls 1 inch balls. Place in ungreased miniature muffin pans, chill. Press dough in bottom and sides of pan.
Pecan nut filling:
Beat egg, brown sugar, salt, 1tbsp margarine and vanilla. Beat until smooth, add pecans, spoon into pans. Bake at 325 for 25 min or until set.
